So you might be wondering how the heck to pronounce CKāQE. Let me start you of with its etymology (yes it has one ha!) It is actually a couple of letters that represent my full name. C is for Christina, Kā is my nickname Kara, Q my last name, and E my middle name.

Quite complicated when you look at it, blame it on my 6th grade self. I invented it for my very first email; that age where creating an online name had to be unique. And it just stuck with me.
My nickname is pronounced as Kara with a short a. But for the purposes of making CKāQE simpler to pronounce I made it a long ā as in āte. The E is silent much like when you say CAKE.
Did you now notice how very close those two words are? If you're thinking what I'm thinking then you got that right! Say CKāQE as you would CāKE! Sweet isn't it?
